It all started when Simon Bon Sinister trying to rob the bank with his
lastest inventions like the Slow Mo Gun.

"STICK IT UP! THIS IS A ROBBERY!," said Simon.

"OH, NO! IT'S SIMON BON SINISTER! He's gonna take the money away.
I wish Underdog were here to stop you," said the Teller.

"Let him come. I got a suprise for that dim witted Underdog," said Simon.

Then, the heroic Underdog came to put the end of Simon's robbery
before Simon about to use his weapon.

"HAVE NO FEAR, UNDERDOG IS HERE! Simon, time for your surrender. Don't
do anything so dumber," said Underdog.

"That's what I got this. Simon says, SLOW MO!," said Simon as he pull
the trigger of his gun. The ray is coming until Underdog dodge 'em.
He flies so swiftly and grabbing the gun. He bust the Slow Mo gun
and beating Simon up. He threw him into the can and they all laughing at him.

"Simon, got what he deserves with crime. He shall not or he'll waste
his time," said Underdog.

Then, he grab the wallets and the purses along with Cad Katty until Underdog
came and beating them up while Cad using his machine gun to shoot him but
the bullets were bouncing back. Simon got a object of a metal pole to hurt
him until it clang to bent. Underdog pow them both away. All the tempts he done
were futiled. Later at Simon's House.

"This is getting ridiculous, Cad. Underdog is ruining everything we try
to get more money," said Simon.

"Yeah. Like the old saying in New York, the city never sleeps. I just
wish everyone even Underdog sleeps. Then, we'll get more money and the world,"
said Cad.

"(lightbulb shines) CAD, YOU'RE GIVING ME A WONDERFUL IDEA! I will invent
something to give people sleep even Underdog. I must go to my lab immediately
to make it," said Simon.

Later...

"I DONE IT! I called this the Sleepy Dust," said Simon.

"WOW! FANTASTIC! AWESOME! What does that stuff do?," Cad asks.

"Watch this demonstration as I put it on those turtledoves," said Simon as
he sprinkle the stuff as the Turtledoves start sleeping, "IT WORKS! IT FINALLY
WORKS! HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!"

"Wonderful invention, Boss. Are you sure it worked on them and Underdog?,"
Cad asks.

"Yes, it will. Let's go to the Bank and robbing it," said Simon.

Later at the National Bank.

"GIVE ME YOUR MONEY! THIS IS THE STICK UP!," said Simon as he holding a gun
filled with Sleepy Dust.

"HA HA HA HA! The last time you try to rob the bank,
Underdog will stop you again," said
the Bank Accountant.

"That's what you think. I got something for all of you including Underdog, too.
Now, Simon says, GO TO SLEEP!," said Simon as he start firing with the Sleepy
Dust and everyone start sleeping even the officers, too.

"HA HA HA HA! YOU DID IT! YOU DID IT!," said Cad.

"Now, go get all the treasure valuables. HA HA HA HA! Wait til I get Underdog
stay asleep," said Simon.

Meanwhile at the W.T.T.V. Station, Ace Repoter, Sweet Polly PureBred is doing
another telecast about what happened from another bank been robbed by Simon
Bon Sinister.

"Simon Bon Sinister just stole all the money even jewels at Ben's Jewelery
Store. The people and the Officers start fast asleep. We need Underdog to
stop the sinister criminal. Oh, Underdog, where are you? 'Oh, where, oh where
has my Underdog gone? Oh, where, oh, where, can he be?,'" said Sweet Polly.

Meanwhile somewhere in the city streets, Shoeshine Boy is doing more shoe
shining with another customer until his sonic hearing ears heard Sweet Polly's
call for help. Then, he said...

"UH, OH! SWEET POLLY IS CALLING ME FOR HELP! SORRY, MA'AM, I GOT A ANOTHER
APPOINTMENT!"

Shoeshine Boy is entering the Telephone Booth to transformed a hero of
heroes. UNDERDOG!

"When Sweet Polly's called and I'm not slow. So it's hip-hip-hip AND A
WAY I GO!"

Underdog flew faster and going in the W.T.T.V. Station and
see Sweet Polly PureBred to find out what's the problem.

"THERE'S NO NEED TO FEAR, UNDERDOG IS HERE! So what seems to be the problem?
If it's Simon, I can easily to defeat him," said Underdog.

"It is Simon, Underdog. He made people sleep to steal money and jewels.
He can take over the government as well," said Sweet Polly.

"He won't stop me so easily. I'll make sure I won't be sleepy.
When the world's in trouble and I'm not slow. So it's hip-hip-hip and A
WAY I GO!," said Underdog.

Underdog search everywhere to find Simon Bon Sinister until he saw many people
to sleep as well as the cops sleeping, too. Underdog couldn't believe he
would've done that to steal money, jewels and vaulables. He found them in a
getaway car.

"OOH-HOO! THERE THEY ARE! I HOPE THEY WON'T BE TOO FAR!," said Underdog
as he zooming faster.

"We got it made, Cad. Thanks to my latest invention nothing can
stop us now. HA HA HA HA HA!," said Simon.

"Don't look now, but, we got company and it's very mad. IT'S UNDERDOG!,"
said Cad.

"Well, my sleepy sand will change everything. Now, Underdog, Simon says,
GO TO SLEEP!," said Simon as he blew his sleepy sand and Underdog
got caught the sand.

"No matter what you gonna do something to me. (yawning) I beat up you up by
the count of 3. (yawning) The counting sheep keeps on hopping. It's time for
me for sleeping," said Underdog as he lay down on the tree branch sleeping.

Underdog is officially sleeping and he cannot be wakened. The whole world is in
trouble now thanks to Simon's evil project. Meanwhile back at W.T.T.V. Station,
O.J. Squeeze is approaching towards to Sweet Polly and telling her the bad news.

"SWEET POLLY! SWEET POLLY! We have a problem. Underdog tries everything to stop
Simon."

"I bet Simon got pulverized and going back to Jail. Right, Mr. Squeeze?,"
she asks.

"Nope. Underdog is sleeping. Sleeping like a normal dog on the front step.
He's hopeless to stop Simon. I saw him sleeping myself with the
telescope," said O.J. Squeeze.

"Oh, no. My poor Underdog. Champion of underdogs everywhere sleeping on the job.
(sniffing) Now, Simon's gonna make everyone sleeping even me. What shall we do?,"
Sweet Polly getting upset to see her love sleeping forever. Until a figure with
ninja movements coming closer as he stops in front of her.

"Hello, Mrs. Sweet Polly. It's me, Ninja Dog," said Ninja Dog.

"NINJA DOG! What are you doing here?," she asks.

"Here to put the end of Simon's conquest. I must face that inconsiderate
scientist myself," said Ninja Dog.

"If you do that, you'll be sleeping for all eternity," said Mr. Squeeze.

"I, also, have something for Simon. I'll be back for him in no time," said
Ninja Dog as he swifting away to stop Simon. Meanwhile back at Simon's
House, they overjoyed with lots of loot.

"WHOO-HEE! HEE! HEE HEE! HA HA HA HA HA HA!," they're overjoyed.

"THIS IS SPECTACULAR, BOSS! UNDERDOG IS SLEEPING AND WE GOT THE LOOT!,"
said Cad.

"Yes, Cad. After we got the treasures from them, the biggest treasure of
all is...WASHINGTON D.C! WE TAKE OVER THE CAPITAL HILL, THE WHITE HOUSE
EVEN THE PRESIDENT!," said Simon.

"YEAH! YEAH! THE WHOLE WORLD WILL BOW TO YOU, BOSS!
NOTHING WILL STOP US NOW!," said Cad cherring happily.

Until Ninja Dog came and saw the stuff and he's putting violet peddle pollen
into the magical sleeping dust. That stuff can make people awake from any
pain even reviving from sleepy potions as well. Ninja Dog made a appearence
in front of them and said,

"hello, fools."

"Huh? Who are you?," Simon asks.

"Name's Ninja Dog, a friend and ally for Underdog. You did the unthinkable
thing to hurt my friend. NOW, YOU MUST PAY!," said Ninja Dog.

"Hey, that doesn't rhyme just like Underdog," said Simon.

"I don't have to," said Ninja Dog as he attacking them from his high kicks,
karate chops to hit their heads. Cad got the machine gun and starts firing
at Ninja Dog but he's too swift to stop him as he anticipating the bullets'
move. He using his legs to smack Cad down badly. Simon grab the sleepy
dust and said to Ninja Dog.

"HALT! Don't even dare to make your move. You'll be sleepy just like
I did to Underdog. As the matter of fact, I will. Now, Simon says,
GO TO SLEEP!"

He blew the sleepy dust on Ninja Dog but not affect on him as he smiling
and nodded for great disappointment. He blew more dust until he ran out.
Simon breathes for a little while.

"How come my invention won't worked on you?," Simon asks.

"It's really simple. I used my violet pollen for medicine even sleepy spells, too.
You lose, Simon," said Ninja Dog until Cad came behind Ninja without warning
and smacks him down. "Good work, Cad. Underdog's friend will go under. Underwater
that is. HA HA HA HA!," said Simon.

So, now Underdog's ally and friend, Ninja Dog is all tied up and his feet
all covered with cement. All of a sudden, the violet pollen flew all over the
city and everybody is waking up even it flew towards to Underdog on the tree
branch.

"Huh? Where am I? Is the day go by? Huh? I recongize this stuff. It's
the violet pollen by Ninja Dog himself," said Underdog as he saw the
vehicle approaching towards to the river bridge and both Simon and Cad
were about to toss Ninja Dog to the river as Underdog said,

"When my friend's in trouble and I'm not slow. So it's hip-hip-hip and
A WAY I GO!"

Underdog flew and rescue Ninja Dog just in time and beating them senseless
to put the end of Simon's evil ways and then, he beat them both to
Jail and never doing crime anymore. The people are cheering for Underdog and
Ninja Dog.

"Thank you both for stopping Simon's evil plot to hurt my city.
How can we ever thank you?," the Mayor asks.

"Don't thank us, Mr. Mayor, thank my pollen," said Ninja Dog and Sweet Polly
kiss his cheek and so is Underdog, too. "My heros," said Sweet Polly.

Meanwhile at Jail.

"I'll get that Underdog and his friend, too. Someday," said Simon as he
pounding the rocks with the sludgehammer until the end hammer loose and hits
on Simon's head and going to sleep.

"Sleeps on the job. Get it? HA HA HA HA HA!," said Cad.
